The beautiful apartment in Berlin (district “Mitte“) is well equipped and located in the 13th floor of a well-tended heritage-protected high-rise building. It is situated in the “Tiergarten” (central park of Berlin), which is called “the green lung” of Berlin. From the apartment you have beautiful open views over the “Tiergarten” and the city. The central location (you can reach the public-transport-system “S-Bahn Tiergarten” in just 5 min by walking) and peaceful surroundings are special about this place. Private parking is possible next to the house and a restaurant is also available in the first floor of the building.

The large bright living room with balcony is furnished practical and beautiful. The two comfortable full beds can easily be folded into the cabinet. A television, a stereo, a small separate well-equipped kitchen, and a beautiful new bathroom with sink, shower, washer and dryer complete the unit.

If you book for 5 or more nights, the price will be 40 Euros per day for 2 persons.
